Our unique Step Washers for Aluminum Heads are fully machined from 4130 chrome-moly steel and heat-treated to the proper hardness. They are permanently pressed into the top of the bolt hole which completely eliminates the problem of the aluminum collapsing into the bolt hole.
1/2" Head Bolt Washer for aluminum head, pkg. of 30 (requires special machining).
